In my previuos experience, the main issue we had was how to extract relevant data from diverse sources and tell “The Story” of what happend last day/week and compared to the benchmark (target!) whilst not spending lots of time doing a manual job.

Here the solution: we input daily data in a master sheet documents (traffic, ad spends, mkt/organic sales, call centres, shop,….) and use excel macro to do the job for us.

This is a quick example of what can be done
